On February 28, in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province, 50 cadres and students of the advanced political theory class of the Regional Political Academy III under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Linh Giang, Head of the Department of State and Law, visited and studied the reality at Naval Region 4. Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Region, hosted the welcome ceremony.

The delegation visited and studied the ship of Brigade 162; some landmarks in the base and visited the Traditional House of the Region.
On this occasion, the delegation offered incense at the memorial site of Gac Ma soldiers (Cam Lam district).
The field trip and field study aimed to help students gain a deeper understanding of the traditions of Region 4 as well as the activities of officers and soldiers of the units...
