Tran Lam ward group teaches swimming for free to children and teenagers

On the morning of August 8, Tran Lam Ward Youth Union coordinated with Vu Dong swimming pool in Nguyen Trai village to organize the opening of a free swimming class for youth and children in the ward.

Children are equipped with knowledge of water rescue and first aid skills.

The class has the participation of 50 children , from 6 to 15 years old . During 30 days, the children will learn   swimming theory and   practice swimming techniques​   basic:   K warm up before going into the water,   freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke;   water rescue and first aid skills . Strive   100% of students know how to swim after finishing the class.   learn.

Children are instructed in swimming skills by teachers.

Opening free swimming classes for children and teenagers   create conditions for children to improve their health and practice skills to prevent drowning,   protect yourself and help others in an emergency .
