The Central Inspection Delegation of Emulation and Reward Board announced the Decision to inspect in Ninh Thuan province.

On the morning of August 5, 2024, at the Provincial People's Committee Headquarters, the Inspection Delegation - Central Emulation and Rewards Committee had a working session with the Provincial People's Committee to announce Decision No. 41/QD-BTĐKT dated July 19, 2024 of the Head of the Committee, the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee inspected the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and rewards at the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Attending: Mr. Do Ngoc Toan, Head of the Legal Department - Inspection Department of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee, Head of the Inspection Delegation (co-chair); members of the Inspection Delegation of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee. On the Ninh Thuan Provincial side: Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee co-chaired the working session with the Delegation.

According to the Plan, the Inspection Team will directly work at relevant agencies, units and localities on the implementation of legal regulations on emulation and commendation from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023, specifically: Department of Home Affairs, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Radio and Television Station, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Education and Training, Provincial Youth Union, Management Board of Nui Chua National Park, Management Board of Phuoc Binh National Park, People's Committee of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, People's Committees of Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Son and Thuan Nam districts. The time is from August 5, 2024 to August 15, 2024; accordingly, the Team will work with the Department of Home Affairs on the morning of August 16, 2024 to preliminarily approve the inspection results.

Overview of the working session

Speaking at the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee accepted all the opinions of the Head of the Inspection Delegation and directed the Department of Home Affairs, leaders of the Departments, branches and localities inspected to promptly prepare complete documents and files to provide when requested by the Delegation and other necessary conditions to ensure seriousness and thoughtfulness for the Inspection Delegation to successfully complete the assigned tasks; as well as assign leaders and civil servants directly monitoring the emulation and commendation work to work with the Delegation; proactively explain, resolve and make recommendations on issues arising during the inspection process. At the same time, he requested the Inspection Delegation to pay attention to supporting and guiding agencies, units and localities in the province to have a deeper, more thorough and strict understanding of current legal regulations on emulation and commendation in order to continue implementing the State management of emulation and commendation in Ninh Thuan province in accordance with regulations, practically, effectively and in accordance with the actual situation in the locality./.
