Swiss enterprise sponsors 300,000 USD, proposes piloting Smart Labor Market System in Khanh Hoa

DNVN - On the morning of November 6, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - chaired a working session with the delegation of JANZZ.technology Company (Switzerland) on the implementation of the Pilot Project of Integrated Labor Market System (JANZZilms) in the locality.

At the meeting, the representative of JANZZ.technology Company proposed that Khanh Hoa province consider cooperating to implement the JANZZilms project - a modern digital platform, supporting the management, forecasting and operation of the local labor market system in a comprehensive, long-term and sustainable manner.

As proposed, the JANZZilms System will provide data connecting labor supply and demand in the province based on real-time information; contributing to reducing unemployment and local labor shortages. This platform also helps workers improve their skills, orient their careers in accordance with market needs, and enhance the analytical and policy-making capacity of management agencies through the application of Big Data.

In addition, the system also creates a transparent and effective connection ecosystem between employers - training institutions - employees, aiming for a dynamic, flexible and sustainable labor market.

JANZZ.technology Company proposed to pilot the project for 12 to 18 months, with 100% funding (estimated at 300,000 USD) for the operation, implementation and development of the system. The company also recommended that during the pilot period, Khanh Hoa province should send representatives to participate in the project steering committee, provide labor market data (past and present), and arrange administrative, professional and information technology support personnel to ensure effective implementation.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha expressed his gratitude for the interest of JANZZ.technology Company in the Khanh Hoa labor market. He emphasized that JANZZilms brings many practical values, opening up development opportunities in line with the socio- economic orientation of the province.

To further study the project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Police and related units to establish a working group to discuss in detail with the Swiss enterprise, before reporting and advising the Provincial People's Committee to make an official decision.

According to the report of Khanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs, as of October 22, 2025, the whole province has more than 22,800 people looking for jobs through the channels of Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center. In which, the job seekers are mainly in the trade - service group (61.5%), industry - construction (more than 35%), the rest are in agriculture - forestry - fishery.

On the business side, there are more than 3,400 units registering to recruit with a need for over 34,900 workers, mainly concentrated in the trade - service sector (54.69%), industry - construction (nearly 40.9%), the rest is in the agriculture - forestry - fishery sector.

If implemented, the project is expected to improve the efficiency of job connection, reduce the gap between labor supply and demand, and make Khanh Hoa a pioneer in applying digital transformation to labor market management.
