Accordingly, the three main attackers finally chosen are Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, Quan Trong Nghia and Duong Van Tien. The three opposite positions are Pham Van Hiep, Nguyen Van Quoc Duy and Pham Quoc Du.

VHO - The 33rd SEA Games Organizing Committee has just announced the schedule for the men's indoor volleyball competition at the Games taking place in December in Thailand.

The participating middle blockers are Tran Duy Tuyen, Truong The Khai and Nguyen Thanh Hai; the setters are Dinh Van Duy and Phan Cong Duc; the three Liberos are Trinh Duy Phuc, Cao Duc Hoang and Huynh Trung Truc.

The 33rd SEA Games men's indoor volleyball event will take place from December 13 to 19 in Bangkok (Thailand).

Coach Tran Dinh Tien and his team are in group A with Thailand (host), Singapore and Laos; group B includes Indonesia (reigning champion), Cambodia, Philippines and Myanmar.

The Vietnamese team is actively preparing for the congress in Thailand.

The teams compete in a round robin in each group, with the top two teams advancing to the semi-finals.

This year, the target for the Vietnamese men's team is to strive to win medals.

At the 32nd SEA Games in 2023 in Cambodia, the Vietnamese men's team won the bronze medal after a 3-1 victory over Thailand in the third-place match.

Currently, the team is training in Bac Ninh and will move to the South for training in early December.
