This is a prestigious award organized and voted based on in-depth surveys and assessments by HR Asia - Asia's leading HR magazine. In Vietnam, the survey was conducted at nearly 650 companies with nearly 50,000 employees from grassroots to senior level such as CEOs, HR directors, etc.
This year is the second year DOJI has been honored to receive the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award, and the first time was in 2021.

According to a survey by HR Asia, DOJI's index results outperformed industry and market standards in all three key factors affecting employee satisfaction, including Core (Organizational Structure), Self (Individual) and Group (Group). Specifically, DOJI's Core score was 4.48 compared to the industry average of 3.75; Self score was 5 while the industry average was 3.89; and DOJI's Group score was 5 compared to the industry average of 3.99.
To achieve this result, DOJI passed two rigorous survey rounds with many tests and in-depth interviews to evaluate the Group's human resources policies, welfare programs and corporate culture.
Rewarding and honoring activities for employees with excellent work achievements are always focused on and regularly implemented by DOJI.
