Investors mobilized vehicles and workers to clean up trash at the Technical Infrastructure Project of the land area on 30/4 Street (Residential Group 4, Thanh Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City).

The Center representative said that after receiving feedback from the press and implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Center conducted a verification. Thereby, it was determined that the waste was mainly dumped in the upper part of the A35 residential area traffic infrastructure project (residential group 4, Thanh Nhat ward, Buon Ma Thuot city) invested by the Project Management Board. The amount of waste located on the part of the technical infrastructure project of the land on 30/4 street and a part of the commercial land assigned to businesses managed by the Center accounted for about 20%.

Therefore, the Center and the Project Management Board have proactively coordinated to clean up the waste. After the implementation is completed, the units will invite the Radio and Television Station and the police force to reconfirm the current situation.

The investor will also install signs prohibiting dumping and increase the number of people present at the project to limit littering by residents. In addition, the unit will coordinate with local authorities and police forces to continue to mobilize and propagate to raise awareness among residents, avoid illegal dumping and have a way to prevent it in the future. The investor expects that the garbage cleaning work will be completed within 3 days.

Previously, on May 23, Dak Lak Newspaper published an article reflecting on Residential area project “flooded” with waste ”. Accordingly, the article reflected on the Technical Infrastructure Project of the land plot on 30/4 Street (Residential Group 4, Thanh Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City) invested by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, which has taken shape with many roads, lighting systems, and sidewalks. However, due to the lack of a management unit, this project has become a spontaneous garbage collection site.
