The Party Committee of the Military Region is clean, strong, and exemplary, with internal solidarity and unity. In particular, the Party Committee of the Military Region has coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to mobilize more than 138,000 cadres, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces; nearly 2,000 vehicles to participate in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, especially overcoming the consequences of storms No. 2 and No. 3, contributing to deeply spreading the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, trusted and highly appreciated by the leaders of the Party, State, Army, local Party committees and authorities and the people; directing the excellent completion of service tasks, participating in activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San highly appreciated the outstanding results in the implementation of military and defense tasks in 2024 of the Military Region Party Committee. The Deputy Minister of National Defense requested the Military Region Party Committee to continue to thoroughly grasp, concretize, and seriously implement resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations on Party building work.

At the same time, direct Party committees at all levels to focus on leading and directing the completion of the goals and targets set by the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the Military Region Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; focus on leading and directing the preparation and successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels and the Military Region Party Congress (term 2025-2030), contributing to the success of the 12th Military Party Congress, creating a solid foundation for the breakthrough period in building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern Army, firmly protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
