Speaking at the reception, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Ky, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, expressed his delight that Foxconn Group continued to choose Quang Ninh to invest in 2 projects with a total investment of over 550 million USD. At the same time, he emphasized that over the years, Quang Ninh has established a mechanism to accompany and support investment projects throughout the project life cycle. The province also identified that the difficulties of investors are also the difficulties of the province. Regarding issues that many investors are interested in when coming to explore investment opportunities in Quang Ninh, including Foxconn Group such as: Electricity and water supply, the province will support and create the most favorable conditions during the implementation of infrastructure investment items as well as after the project comes into operation. Regarding labor resources, Quang Ninh has developed its own strategy in this field. In addition to training and improving the quality of local human resources, Quang Ninh is also focusing on completing the connecting traffic infrastructure system to attract human resources from other localities to live and work in Quang Ninh.

The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also affirmed that Quang Ninh has identified Foxconn Group as a strategic investor. Therefore, the province will direct the establishment of a specialized working group to support the Group's projects in the province.

Sharing more about some cooperation opportunities between the two sides, the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that Quang Ninh is the locality with the largest area of economic zones and industrial parks in the country, a synchronous and modern traffic infrastructure system; the best investment - business environment and economic management quality in the country. Quang Ninh is identified as a key area in attracting investment nationwide, especially attracting investment projects in the semiconductor industry and projects to anticipate the world's transformation trends. He also hoped that after the invested projects, Foxconn Group would continue to research and choose Quang Ninh as an investment destination for new projects in the future.

Mr. Roy Shen, Senior General Manager of Business Unit E, Foxconn Group, thanked Quang Ninh province for its effective support and companionship to investors. The clearest evidence is that although the group has only conducted surveys on 2 investment projects since January 2024, after only 6 months, Quang Ninh province has completed investment licensing procedures.

With effective local support, the Group will strive to put the project into operation in September 2025. Following the success of projects in Quang Ninh, Foxconn Group is committed to continuing to research and deploy more projects in the province.
