After announcing the Notice of Opinion of the Central Party Secretariat and the Submission of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Standing Committee on agreeing to introduce comrade Bui Huy Vinh, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to be elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee conference discussed, agreed and proceeded to elect comrade Bui Huy Vinh to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
As a result, 100% of delegates present agreed to elect comrade Bui Huy Vinh to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Comrade Bui Huy Vinh was born on November 14, 1970 in Kim Xa commune, Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc province, and joined the Party in 1996. Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Finance, Master of Economic Management, Bachelor of English; political theory qualification: Bachelor.
He used to work at the Tax Department of Vinh Phu province (formerly); Department of Finance - Prices of Vinh Phuc province, holding the positions: Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Commission; participating in the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee from 2015 to present.
