Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van holds the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

On the afternoon of October 1, in Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work. Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung chaired the conference.

At the conference, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the decision of the Politburo. Accordingly, the Politburo decided that Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van, Party Central Committee member, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred, assigned, and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung emphasized that the appointment is to strengthen and supplement the leadership staff for the Central Organizing Committee in the context that the Party's strategic advisory agencies are focusing on the tasks for the upcoming Central Conferences and towards the 14th National Party Congress; at the same time, creating a source of staff for the Committee in the short and long term. Head of the Central Organizing Committee said that the Politburo has reached a high consensus on the mobilization, assignment and appointment of comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van. He is a cadre with basic training, matured from the grassroots, attached to Quang Ngai province, and is assessed by the Politburo as a capable cadre with experience in Party building work, with scientific thinking and working methods, and prestige in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee... During his tenure as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, he and the Executive Committee and Standing Committee led and directed the Party committees and Party organizations of Quang Ngai province to overcome difficult times, to stabilize and develop as they are today; during his work, he has always been assessed as having completed assigned tasks well, being the nucleus and center of solidarity, making important contributions to the achievements and results of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee in recent times.

According to the Head of the Central Organizing Committee, the appointment is not only an assessment, recognition and trust of the Politburo for comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van personally, but also has the meaning of increasing the participation of female leaders, holding key leadership positions in strategic advisory bodies of the Party and the Central Committee.

In the coming time, with a large workload and high requirements such as consulting on Party regulations and documents, preparing for upcoming Central Conferences, the work of the Sub-Committees, and preparing for the 14th National Party Congress, the Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized that the appointment of a competent and experienced cadre in Party building work will make an important contribution to the completion of the Committee's tasks. At the same time, he believed that Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van would promote her experience and capacity from the grassroots, unite with the collective, and lead the Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

In her acceptance speech, the new Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Bui Thi Quynh Van, respectfully thanked the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Party and State leaders for their attention, trust, and assignment of the task. Accepting the instructions, comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van expressed that this is both an honor and a great responsibility. Faced with the increasingly high requirements and tasks of Party building and building a clean and strong political system, she expressed her wish to continue to receive the attention and support of the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee, and the help, coordination, and sharing of the Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van was born in 1974; hometown: Quang Ngai province; political theory qualification: Senior; professional qualification: Master of Literary Theory. From August 2020 to June 2025, Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van held the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee; in July 2025, she continued to be appointed by the Politburo as Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term after Quang Ngai province merged with Kon Tum province. Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van is a member of the 12th Party Central Committee (alternate) and a member of the 13th Party Central Committee.
