On October 8, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Cu commune (An Giang province) held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Youth Union Phan Duy Bang attended and directed the congress.

Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province, Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Youth Union Phan Duy Bang requested the Executive Committee of the An Cu Commune Youth Union for the new term to continue promoting political , ideological, ethical and cultural lifestyle education for union members and youth; innovate propaganda methods, effectively utilize cyberspace as a "new ideological front"; promote the movement "Vietnamese youth pioneers in the new era" associated with key tasks, such as: Digital transformation, development of digital economy, green economy and innovative startups.

The Secretary of An Giang Provincial Youth Union encouraged union members and young people to learn knowledge and be bold and proactive in starting businesses, applying digital technology in promoting special eco-tourism, cultural tourism combined with traditional art performances, along with typical culinary activities of the Khmer people, building OCOP products associated with young people...

The Congress announced the decision of An Giang Provincial Youth Union to appoint the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Cu commune for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 25 comrades, and the Standing Committee of 7 comrades. Comrade Le Phuc Khuong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the An Cu Commune Youth Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On this occasion, the congress called on delegates to contribute and support people affected by storms and floods in the Northern and North Central provinces in response to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
