In 2025, Sin Ho district will register, build and replicate "Smart Mass Mobilization" models in many fields. The registered models focus on practical fields, associated with the needs and legitimate interests of the people such as: developing sustainable agricultural and forestry production; building new rural areas; maintaining security and order in villages; preserving and promoting national cultural identity; mobilizing people to participate in protecting borders, landmarks, and maintaining national territorial sovereignty ... In particular, many new and creative models suitable to the actual conditions of each locality and each community have been registered with the goal of achieving the highest results by the end of 2025, creating a strong spread throughout the district.

With high political determination, in the first quarter of 2025, the entire Sin Ho district registered 197 "Skilled Civil Service" models, including 115 collective models and 82 individual models focusing on 4 main key areas: economic development, national defense and security, socio-culture, and political system building.

The provincial working delegation surveyed the actual model of nature conservation combined with ecotourism development in Sin Ho district.

In the field of economic development, with 41 models, including 21 collective models and 20 individual models, accounting for a large proportion with many practical models, associated with the transformation of production structure, exploiting land and climate potential to develop crops and livestock with high economic value. Typical models: Ngoc Linh ginseng cultivation of Sao Do Tay Bac Company in Mao Sao Phin village; Lai Chau ginseng in greenhouses of Thai Minh Company; clean tea in Ta Ghenh village (Phin Ho commune)... In addition, models of breeding horses, raising goats, growing squash and watermelon in Ma Quai, Noong Heo and Nam Cuoi communes also contribute to increasing income and reducing poverty for people.

In addition, the district focused on implementing 21 national defense - security models, including 13 collective models and 8 individual models, in which models such as "Drug-free village", "Security camera", "Self-managed clan on security and order" have clearly demonstrated effectiveness in ensuring social order and safety, maintaining peace in the village. Culture - society with 123 models, including 72 collective models, 51 individual models, many models focus on preserving and promoting national cultural identity associated with new rural construction and community tourism development. Typical models include the model of maintaining Then singing - Tinh lute of the Women's Union of Chan Nua commune; building community tourism villages in Sa De Phin and Lang Mo; "Green house" collecting recycled waste in Noong Heo commune. Environmental protection, eliminating backward customs, preventing child marriage and incestuous marriage are also bright spots when many models focus on raising public awareness and implementing civilized lifestyles.

In particular, building a political system with 12 models, including 9 collective models and 3 individual models, the models focus on practical contents such as: innovating the leadership methods of Party committees, improving the effectiveness of grassroots government operations, promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, promoting administrative reform, building a team of cadres and party members close to the people, serving the people.

It can be affirmed that the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement in Sin Ho district has become an important driving force in socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, and building a strong political system. Promoting the achieved results, Sin Ho district continues to promote propaganda, replicate effective models, link the movement with the local political tasks, contributing to building the homeland to be increasingly rich, civilized and imbued with national identity.
