At the experience exchange session, leaders of both sides shared about the structure, organization, and implementation of propaganda work of the agencies in recent times. The focus was on journalism work according to the multimedia journalism model, publishing work, exploitation of revenue sources and potential, strengths, mechanisms, and investment attraction policies of both sides.

Nghe An Newspaper currently has 7 specialized departments and offices with 75 cadres, reporters, and official employees; 3 special collaborators working in conjunction with specialized departments. The editorial board has made efforts to continue to carry out the task of organizing a convergent publishing process on publications, meeting the requirements of "fast, accurate, correct, interesting - beautifully presented" on printed newspapers; increasing attractiveness, convenience, constantly innovating on electronic newspapers and covering Nghe An Newspaper information on social networking platforms. In particular, Nghe An Newspaper has made many efforts in digital transformation, specifically: on May 28, 2024, Nghe An Newspaper launched a new interface with a convergent publishing system; launched a specialized data press page on President Ho Chi Minh with his hometown Nghe An; On November 9, the Nghe Tinh Soviet Movement data press website was launched. Nghe An Newspaper was recognized by the Ministry of Information and Communications for its level of assessment and ranking of the maturity level of digital transformation of the press in 2024, and is one of 8 local Party press agencies ranked excellent.

Up to now, Lai Chau Newspaper publishes 4 regular issues every week, 1 weekend issue; 3 issues per month for ethnic minorities in the highlands; maintains the operation of Lai Chau electronic newspaper every day with many news and articles updated quickly and accurately.
