Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism included in the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage the traditional festival of the death anniversary of Thanh Hau Nguyen Huu Canh (Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city) and the Sayangva Festival (worshiping the rice god) of the Choro people in Long Khanh city, Xuan Loc district, Thong Nhat district, Dinh Quan district, Cam My district, Vinh Cuu district ( Dong Nai province).
The Chairman of the People's Committee at all levels where intangible cultural heritage is included in the list, within the scope of his/her duties and powers, shall carry out state management in accordance with the provisions of law on cultural heritage.
The death anniversary of Thanh Hau Nguyen Huu Canh is held on the 14th and 15th of the 5th lunar month to commemorate the contributions of the famous general Nguyen Huu Canh, who contributed to the expansion of the southern territory.
The death anniversary ceremony consists of two parts: the ceremony with traditional rituals such as incense offering and palanquin procession, and the festival with unique cultural and artistic activities, attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate.

Sayangva Festival is a traditional festival of the Choro people, taking place from February 15 to April 15 of the lunar calendar every year. This is the biggest festival of the Choro people, praying for favorable weather, bountiful crops, peaceful life, prosperity and happiness for every family.
During the festival, the Choro people perform gongs, compete in tug of war, sack race, crossbow shooting, blindfolded piggy bank smashing, and enjoy bamboo rice and can wine.
