Dong Nai proposes the Government to guide the land fund recovered from the rubber industry for project implementation.

(DN) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document requesting the Government to guide the land fund for rubber recovery.

Dong Nai has recently proposed the Government to provide guidance on reclaiming land from rubber plantations. In the photo is a project being implemented on rubber land in Long Thanh district.

Specifically, in Report No. 200/BC-UBND on the results of implementing Resolution 90/NQ-CP dated June 16, 2023 of the Government on promulgating the Government's action program to implement Resolution No. 81/2023/QH13 of the National Assembly on the national master plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 in Dong Nai, signed by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc and sent to the Government Office on June 20, it is stated that Dong Nai province is currently planning many land plots managed and used by Dong Nai Rubber Corporation One Member Co., Ltd. to implement the local socio-economic development goals.

The province proposed that the Government provide specific guidance on projects such as industrial parks, industrial clusters, golf courses, rural residential areas, urban areas, logistics centers, hotels,educational areas, racing tracks... that use 100% of rubber land funds, whether they are subject to land use rights auctions or not.

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has issued many decisions to reclaim dozens of hectares of rubber land in localities such as Long Thanh, Thong Nhat, Trang Bom... to implement projects according to approved socio-economic development plans. The recovered land fund is currently assigned to the Commune People's Committee or the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management.
