The project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 395 in Binh Giang is urgently reaching the finish line.

The project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 395 and the road leading from Cay bridge to provincial road 394 is a key project of Binh Giang district to implement the Resolution of the 28th District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. The project passes through Vinh Hung, Vinh Hong, Tan Viet, Hung Thang and Long Xuyen communes with a total investment of more than 817 billion VND.

The renovated and upgraded section of Provincial Road 395 has a total length of 7.2 km, the starting point of the route is at km16+750, intersecting with the new residential area roundabout south of Cay village, Long Xuyen commune.

The end point of the route is at km23+920, intersecting with Sop C bridge in Ke Sat town.

This project is invested by the Binh Giang District Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project's construction progress is reported daily to the District People's Committee.

Construction started in November 2023, and the final construction items are now being rushed to completion.

Provincial Road 395 has been upgraded and renovated to the scale and standards of a level III plain road with 4 lanes, a design speed of 60 km/h, and a road surface width of 20 - 25 m. Previously, this road was 5.5 - 6 m wide, and the drainage system was not synchronized...

After being upgraded and renovated, the route will form an axis connecting industrial parks and industrial clusters in Binh Giang, Cam Giang districts and Hai Duong city, and at the same time connecting with existing routes, including National Highway 5, Provincial Road 395, and National Highway 38B.
