Elysian’s wins include: “Best Eco Friendly Condo Development”, “Best High End Condo Development HCMC” and “Best Biophilic Landscape Design”. These are all major categories with fierce competition in this year’s awards as numerous projects in the same segment from many major domestic and foreign investors are competing for the award.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Angus Liew - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gamuda Land Vietnam shared: “Receiving these prestigious recognitions is a great honor for us, proving that the great efforts and sincere dedication that Gamuda Land has put into its projects are worthy and valuable. Elysian is the beginning of a new chapter in our development journey in Vietnam, when Gamuda Land is strongly expanding its business scale with the goal of launching 10 to 15 new projects within the next 5 years. The newest project that we are about to announce is a high-end apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City, called Eaton Park, located in a prime location on Mai Chi Tho Street with extremely high growth potential”.
Located in a prime location adjacent to the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, Elysian is a high-end apartment complex applying environmentally friendly Biophilic architectural design methods, along with a system of more than 40 internal utilities that fully meet the daily living needs of residents of many different generations. On a total land area of 3 hectares, Elysian is planned with a total of 1,406 high-end products, including: 1,398 apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, penthouses; and 8 shophouses. This is the only residential real estate project that has been granted the prestigious LOTUS green building certificate by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) in the East of Ho Chi Minh City at present.
Lo Lu Street, where the project is located, is a radial route connecting key inter-regional traffic infrastructure routes such as: Hanoi Highway, existing National Highway 1A, Ring Road 3, Metro Line 1 Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien under construction. These vital traffic routes shorten the travel time and promote smooth trade from the Eastern gateway to the city center as well as neighboring areas.
Along with that, Elysian benefits from the fully developed public utility infrastructure in this area. Within a 5km radius from the center of the project, residents can easily access a series of utility works from multi-level school systems, shopping centers, international hospitals, amusement parks, golf courses, etc.
Entering the Vietnamese market in 2007, Gamuda Land has created two world-class urban areas: Gamuda City with a scale of 274 hectares in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi and Celadon City with a scale of 82 hectares in Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh City. After more than a decade of achieving resounding success in the Vietnamese real estate market, the urban developer from Malaysia continues to aggressively expand its business scale by urgently searching for new land funds to implement QTP projects (Quick Turnaround Project).
In addition to business activities, Gamuda Land is also a prominent name in community responsibility activities. The charity activity that bears the mark of the enterprise is “Run for the Heart” in collaboration with the Vietnam Heartbeat Fund, an annual charity running program to raise funds to support poor children with congenital heart disease to receive free surgery. After 9 times of organization, the total amount of funds raised by “Run for the Heart” has exceeded 40 billion VND, bringing a normal, healthy life and a bright future to over 1,500 children with congenital heart disease.
Established in 2005 by the prestigious international organization for real estate market assessment and research Property Guru, the Asia Property Awards series is the largest and most prestigious real estate award in the region. The awards voted by the program are recognized by global real estate investors as the highest certification of quality of businesses operating in this field in Asia. The award-winning projects must go through a very strict selection and evaluation process by the Jury, which gathers leading experts in the world .
