Elysian project won 3 major awards at Vietnam Property Awards 2023

Elysian’s wins include: “Best Eco Friendly Condo Development”, “Best High End Condo Development HCMC” and “Best Biophilic Landscape Design”. These are all major categories with fierce competition in this year’s awards as numerous projects in the same segment from many major domestic and foreign investors are competing for the award.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Angus Liew - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gamuda Land Vietnam shared: “Receiving these prestigious recognitions is a great honor for us, proving that the great efforts and sincere dedication that Gamuda Land has put into its projects are worthy and valuable. The newest project that we are about to announce is a high-end apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City, called Eaton Park, located in a prime location on Mai Chi Tho Street with extremely high growth potential”.

Located in a prime location adjacent to the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, Elysian is a high-end apartment complex applying environmentally friendly Biophilic architectural design methods, along with a system of more than 40 internal utilities that fully meet the daily living needs of residents of many different generations. On a total land area of 3 hectares, Elysian is planned with a total of 1,406 high-end products, including: 1,398 apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, penthouses; and 8 shophouses. This is the only residential real estate project that has been granted the prestigious LOTUS green building certificate by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) in the East of Ho Chi Minh City at present.
