Coffee price forecast tomorrow 5/15/2025 - market increases again.

On May 14, the coffee market increased across all exchanges, while domestic purchasing prices were also adjusted higher by VND2,400 - 2,500/kg compared to yesterday. The market was supported by the weakening of the US dollar, which promoted shortfall buying activities, while Brazil's coffee exports were reported to have decreased.

Domestic coffee prices are currently being strongly affected by international market developments, especially from Brazil - the world's leading coffee producer. Experts say that the weather in coffee growing areas is quite favorable, creating conditions for good plant growth. However, the abundant supply of Robusta combined with the recovery prospects of Arabica are putting great pressure on prices.

In that context, the domestic coffee market is likely to continue to experience a short-term adjustment period, before establishing a clearer trend in the coming time. Investors and coffee traders are advised to be cautious and closely monitor factors from the international market to make appropriate moves.

In the futures market, selling intensified amid improved supply forecasts from major producing regions. In Brazil, favorable weather continued to bolster expectations for the upcoming robusta and arabica harvests.

Arabica coffee inventories in New York are also at a three-month high, adding pressure to futures prices. International traders said that if the sell-off continues this week, coffee prices may correct further before establishing a new support zone.
