Expected to spend more than 1,020 billion VND for retirees and people who quit their jobs in Ha Tinh after the arrangement

Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs has just sent a report to the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the number of retirees according to Decree 178 and Decree 67 of the Government.

Specifically, it is expected that by December 31, 2025, Ha Tinh province will have 1,019 retirees to whom Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP apply.

Among the retirees, there are 159 civil servants, 157 public employees, 4 officials at district level or higher, and 559 commune-level civil servants.

In addition, there are 52 cadres who are not old enough to be re-elected or re-appointed or who meet the age requirements for re-election or re-appointed; 36 people working under labor contracts are subject to policies like civil servants; 12 cases within the staffing quota at associations assigned by the Party and State.

The total estimated expenditure is over 1,020 billion VND, of which 879.6 billion is for early retirement; 141.2 billion is for support for people who quit their jobs. The settlement of support regime is implemented according to Decree 178 and Decree 67.
