Although personal experiences can be very good, medical tourism in Ho Chi Minh City still has many shortcomings. According to experts, this product is currently unattractive and fragmented. The main reason is the lack of close connection between the medical and tourism sectors. Hospitals only focus on expertise, have not yet built comprehensive service packages including accommodation, transportation and language support. Travel companies do not have a systematic product to introduce.
