Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Ministry of Industry and Trade respectfully submits to the Government a draft Decree regulating administrative sanctions for violations in commercial activities, production and trading of counterfeit and prohibited goods and protection of consumer rights (hereinafter referred to as the draft Decree).
