As Dan Tri reported, the lighting system on Hoa Hong Street was built and put into use in 2018.

For over a year, the lamp posts have stopped working due to the deterioration of the electrical wiring system, many items of the electrical lines have been vandalized or stolen by thieves. Some locations of the lines have been damaged due to the impact of construction units expanding roads and water supply systems for tourist areas.

Rose Road is nearly 10km long, winding through pine hills. The lighting system is damaged, so at night, Rose Road is plunged into darkness, making many people afraid.
