Vietnam Electricity (EVN) said that recently, many individuals have been impersonating electricity industry employees. These individuals wear orange uniforms with the EVN logo, taking advantage of people's trust to sell ladders, electric wires, construction tools, insurance, etc. for profit.
In addition, some individuals working for power construction units outside EVN also arbitrarily wore the uniform of the power industry. During the construction process, they caused labor safety problems, had inappropriate communication behaviors, affecting the image and reputation of EVN.
EVN recommends that customers should be vigilant and absolutely not buy goods or services from people claiming to be electricity industry employees without being clearly verified. When detecting signs of suspected impersonation, people should promptly report to the police or local authorities for handling.
EVN expressed its wish to receive cooperation from customers in detecting and preventing counterfeiting acts, contributing to protecting people's rights as well as the image and reputation of the electricity industry.
