Facebook automatically sends friend requests when accessing account

According to Thanh Nien 's research, this error occurs on the Facebook application for two popular mobile platforms today, iOS and Android. Computer web browser users do not encounter this situation.

Specifically, when a user accidentally clicks on a comment from a stranger and goes to that profile, the application of this most popular social network also simultaneously clicks on the friend button with that account.

What's quite annoying is that when you click to cancel sending a friend request, the app displays a message saying "Sorry, we can't process this request right now, please try again later", forcing the user to click again and again.

Many users are upset with Facebook's latest bug

Many users said they were in a miserable situation when they had to continuously cancel sending invitations, some said they suddenly received many friend requests in a short time. One social network account commented "I must have added 100 people by now".

This is almost an annoying bug that Facebook may soon fix. However, with the previous feature that allowed users to type @highlight to tag friends, the social network has not yet come up with a solution to avoid being annoying.
