Commenting on Nam Dinh cuisine, Ninh shared: "The dishes are delicious, however, because Hanoians tend to eat saltier foods, the dishes feel a bit bland."
Effective method of promoting culinary culture
Since the trend of "Food tour" - culinary tourism became popular on social networks, the culinary scene of regions has also witnessed clear developments.
According to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), culinary tourism is both a unique advantage of each country and a driving force for that country to develop tourism, cuisine in particular and culture in general.
Especially in the period of international integration, social networks are developing strongly, sharing delicious and unique dishes on network platforms is an effective way to promote and reach more people.
