The music program of encouragement - the elaborately staged formation of the 50-year art of forming letters (April 30, 1975 * April 30, 2025) on the background music of revolutionary songs, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland, the country; with the participation of nearly 1 thousand people who are members of 38 clubs of the Provincial Gymnastics Federation wearing Ao Dai and holding hats with LED lights.
