Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assigned responsibility to the Departments of Construction, Industry and Trade, Finance, Agriculture and Environment and localities to speed up the implementation of tasks according to their professional functions for each land plot; determine the land plot subject to auction or bidding; and remaining legal issues are the responsibility of the locality and unit.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center must speed up procedures to have products for auction, paying special attention to large land areas, favorable locations, and already interested investors.
Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Le Thanh Dien, Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, said that this year the province has issued a plan to auction 37 land plots, with a value according to the land price list of about 21 trillion VND.
Of these, 17 basically qualified land plots include the Long Giao Industrial Cluster land plot which has adjusted its investment attraction business lines and is drafting a new auction plan, 2 land plots at Tan Hanh Ceramic Industrial Cluster are preparing to post a second auction notice, 5 other land plots have had their auction plans approved by the Provincial People's Committee, and the rest are in the process of carrying out the next procedures.
For the group of 20 land plots that need to speed up procedures to organize land auctions this year, there are some notable areas: the 77-hectare land plot and the more than 36-hectare land plot both in Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district; the 107-hectare land plot at Chua Chan mountain in Xuan Loc district; the 282-hectare land plot in Binh Son commune, Long Thanh district and some land plots in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park... The Provincial Land Fund Development Center is coordinating with departments, branches and localities to carry out procedures related to detailed planning, determining remaining assets on the land, cutting rubber trees...
In the coming time, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will proactively coordinate with departments, branches and localities to continue implementing legal procedures on land and planning; develop a plan for auctioning land use rights and organizing auctions of land plots. At the same time, continue to review and possibly add some land plots to the auction plan.
