The conference helps businesses, departments, and sectors discuss and share experiences and difficulties in the implementation of legal regulations on petroleum trading. At the same time, it disseminates legal regulations on petroleum trading, contributing to raising awareness of compliance with legal regulations for petroleum trading organizations, promptly preventing violations, protecting consumer rights, and strengthening legal order and discipline in petroleum trading activities.

At the conference, delegates were provided with the following contents by officials from the Department of Industry and Trade: Decree No. 83/2014/ND-CP, dated September 3, 2014 of the Government on petroleum trading; Decree No. 80/2023/ND-CP, dated November 17, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 95/2021/ND-CP, dated November 1, 2021; legal provisions on invoices and documents in the purchase and sale of goods; legal provisions on measurement and quality management in petroleum trading...
The conference devoted time for the departments and branches in charge of state management of petroleum and oil to discuss with enterprises issues related to business activities: fire prevention and fighting, taxes, price adjustment, measurement, quality, etc. The contents discussed at the conference were satisfactorily answered by the agencies. All enterprises agreed with the authorities to promptly disseminate and popularize legal regulations, and committed to comply with legal regulations in petroleum business activities.
According to the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade, the province currently has 326 enterprises operating in the petroleum sector; in the past time, the enterprises strictly complied with the provisions of current laws.
