Speaking at the training course, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Vu Dai Thang emphasized: Training, coaching, and applying smart technology such as AI in the operations of State agencies aims to contribute to innovating working methods, optimizing work processes, reducing manual administrative workload, and improving service efficiency for people and businesses. Therefore, trainees need to proactively learn and be ready to apply acquired knowledge to the daily work practices of each individual, agency, and unit.

During the training, trainees were equipped with basic knowledge about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation, the "symbiotic" relationship between AI and Automation as well as application trends in public administration; were instructed in skills of using AI tools in administrative work such as: drafting and summarizing documents, analyzing and visualizing data, Chatbot supporting image creation... At the same time, helping people better understand responsibilities, ethics, principles, regulations to comply with as well as how to avoid risks when using AI.
Held in the context of the national and city digital transformation entering an accelerated phase, the training course aims to equip the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the city with basic and advanced knowledge of AI application in administrative activities.
It is known that on October 28, the Department of Science and Technology will continue to coordinate with ELCOM Technology - Telecommunications Joint Stock Company to organize training for officials, civil servants and public employees in the western region of Hai Phong to contribute to improving the service quality and operational efficiency of state agencies in the city./.
