GELEX Connection: Cooperating with many prestigious universities, training high-quality human resources

(Dan Tri) - Within the framework of the GELEX Connection project to attract high-quality human resources, in August, GELEX Group continued to sign cooperation agreements with many prestigious and influential universities in the Southern region.

These are Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Vietnam National University, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics . These are key units in the southern higher education system, possessing strengths in training, research in engineering, technology, economics and management - important fields of the digital economy and modern industry.

With this cooperation, students will have the opportunity to visit and experience studying at GELEX and its member companies, with many internship opportunities, job opportunities and scholarship funding. In addition, GELEX will also have talkshow programs for students; accompanying schools in research and development (R&D) activities.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Chau Dinh Thanh - Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education expressed his honor to cooperate with GELEX, one of the leading multi-industry investment groups in Vietnam.

He emphasized that this is an opportunity for the school’s students to access modern technology, practice professional skills and innovative thinking. This cooperation is not only the beginning of a strategic relationship between the two sides, but also creates a foundation for generations of highly qualified engineers, meeting the needs of the labor market.

Along with HCMUTE, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Vietnam National University is also a leading unit in training high-quality human resources in engineering. The school's leaders expressed their agreement with the cooperation orientations of the group, and at the same time proposed an effective cooperation model, referring to the model of advanced countries such as Japan with which the school is cooperating. Accordingly, the two sides will coordinate to unify the topic, build a short-term and long-term cooperation roadmap, and gradually implement and promote cooperation items according to the set plan.

With this cooperation, Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - Director of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics affirmed that the school has many strengths and experiences in economic research, and the school is also investing in technology. The school leaders hope that with this cooperation, there will be investment projects, research projects, enhancing the value, efficiency and effectiveness of both sides.
