This price increased by nearly 150% compared to 2022.

This surge has many asking: Is this a sign of a short-term fever or a period of growth that truly reflects market value?

Nghe An currently has an abundant source of remittances, reaching a total value of 650 million USD (about 17,000 billion VND), about 25% of which (equivalent to 4,250 billion VND) is invested in real estate.

According to information from the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police, the province is currently in the top provinces in terms of the number of newly registered cars, just behind Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi . In 2024, the province recorded more than 18,000 registered cars, an increase of 3,000 cars compared to the previous year, with Vinh City accounting for 50%.

According to Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Vice President of Vietnam Real Estate Association, the sharp increase in prices in Vinh City is an inevitable trend. Experts commented: "Nghe An is entering a period of explosive infrastructure development, high urbanization rate, young population and high demand for home ownership. In particular, the scarcity of inner-city land funds makes land prices not tend to decrease, at least in the next 3-5 years."

With the above fundamental factors, the increase in real estate prices in Vinh City is assessed by experts as an inevitable development trend, not a temporary phenomenon.
