Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices today, June 1, 2025, in the Central Highlands region continued to decrease sharply compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 117,000 - 117,500 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in Dak Nong province are purchasing coffee at the highest price of 117,500 VND/kg. A sharp decrease of 1,200 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, coffee price in Dak Lak province is 117,500 VND/kg, down 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province decreased by VND1,200/kg and were traded at VND117,300/kg.
In Lam Dong province, coffee prices decreased by VND1,200/kg and reached VND117,000/kg.

Domestically, coffee prices have been falling in line with the global trend. Although Arabica prices have been rising slightly, the market still lacks clear signs of recovery. Abundant supply and high inventories make it difficult for prices to rebound in the short term.
On the ICE exchange, as of May 27, Arabica coffee inventories reached a nearly four-month high of nearly 892,500 bags. Robusta coffee inventories also reached an eight-month high of 5,438 lots.
In the context of high transportation costs, experts recommend that farmers closely monitor market fluctuations and consider the appropriate selling time to optimize costs and profits. Although coffee prices are currently under pressure, the long-term outlook remains positive as global demand, especially from major markets such as Asia and North America, is expected to grow strongly in the coming years.
World coffee prices today
Coffee prices on the world market decreased slightly on two floors:
Robusta Coffee (London):
Delivery in July 2025: Down 56 USD/ton, to 4,510 USD/ton.
Delivery September 2025: Down 57 USD/ton, to 4,463 USD/ton.
Arabica Coffee (New York):
July 2025 delivery: Down 5.95 cents/lb, to 342.45 cents/lb.
September 2025 delivery: Down 5.8 cents/lb, to 339.8 cents/lb.
Coffee prices continued to fall sharply, extending a four-day losing streak. Arabica coffee fell to a seven-week low, while robusta coffee fell to a six-and-a-half-month low. The main reason comes from high supply pressure, as the robusta coffee harvest in key producing countries such as Brazil is accelerating. In May, robusta prices fell by 17%. Brazil is currently the world's second largest producer of robusta coffee, after Vietnam.
Brazil’s robusta coffee production this year could exceed initial forecasts, as actual yields in growing regions have been higher than expected, according to agronomist Jonas Ferraresso. Experts even say the crop could set a new record.
The USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) forecasts Brazil’s coffee production in 2025–26 to reach 65 million bags, up slightly by 0.5%. Vietnam is also expected to increase its production by 6.9% to 31 million bags.
