During the session, Robusta prices increased by up to 50 USD/ton at one point but also decreased by 73 USD/ton, showing a tug-of-war before the downward trend prevailed.
Specifically, the highest Robusta price recorded for the July 2025 delivery period was 4,566 USD/ton, down 26 USD/ton. The lowest delivery period was January 2026 at 4,435 USD/ton, down 34 USD/ton. The remaining two delivery periods, September and November 2025, were 4,530 and 4,491 USD/ton, down 36 and 39 USD/ton, respectively.
In the domestic market, the price of raw coffee before the London floor opened was recorded at 120,100 VND/kg, down 2,200 VND/kg compared to the previous day.
Similarly, the price of Arabica coffee on the New York floor (USA) also decreased from 1.01% to 1.27%. The price of the futures contract for delivery in July 2025 is currently at 7,680 USD/ton, down 80 USD/ton.

Coffee prices fell across the board as the harvest season got underway in major producing countries such as Brazil and Indonesia.
According to the forecast of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Brazil's Robusta (also known as Conilon) output this crop year is estimated at 24.1 million bags (60 kg/bag), equivalent to about 1.446 million tons - an increase of nearly 15% compared to the previous crop.
In Indonesia, Robusta output is expected to reach around 9.8 million bags, up 5.4% year-on-year.
In Vietnam alone, the USDA said coffee exports in the first half of the 2024-2025 crop year reached only 12.15 million bags, down 23% compared to the same period last year. The reason is believed to be due to farmers hoarding goods waiting for higher prices.
However, the USDA forecasts that Vietnam's coffee exports will increase again in the coming months, as farmers need to clear warehouses to prepare for the new harvest starting in October.
Experts say that although the weather is still extremely unpredictable, thanks to high coffee prices, farmers in many countries have increased investment in care, contributing to increased productivity, leading to a more abundant supply in the short term.
