The teams went through 3 rounds: Telling stories about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style from good models, creative and effective ways of doing things, and typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. Resolution No. 847-NQ/QUTW dated December 28, 2021 of the Central Military Commission on promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation.

In the knowledge competition, the teams focused on the content of documents on regular construction, discipline compliance, safety assurance; Regulation 775; Circular 143, Directive 79, Directive 103, CVĐ50...; emulation movements during the year.

The content of the skit contest is to propagate the situation, results, and experience in implementing ideological management, discipline, and safety assurance in the construction of agencies and units.

Each team invested in and staged elaborate performances, combined with propaganda and accompanying dances, along with skits with dramatic, humorous, practical situations at the unit and higheducational significance, bringing relaxing and useful moments to cadres, soldiers, and youth union members.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded first prize to Inter-Union Team 5, second prize to Inter-Union Team 6 and third prize to Inter-Union Team 4.

Through the contest, we aim to widely disseminate and strongly change the awareness of cadres, youth union members of the entire Regiment about the political and ideological activities "Reassure your mind, maintain strict discipline, ensure safety". Thereby, arousing and promoting the traditions of the Army, the unit, the nature and fine traditions of revolutionary soldiers, the noble qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new era.

At the same time, continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (13th tenure) on Party building and rectification, preventing and repelling ideological and political degradation, moral and lifestyle degradation, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party; promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period, resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation.
