Pursuant to the Decision on the transfer and appointment of cadres of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command to replace Colonel Dinh Bat Van who was appointed to the position of Commander of the Provincial Military Command.
Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command congratulated Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan on his appointment to the new position, and hoped that in his new position, he would continuously study, research, improve his qualifications in all aspects and, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to lead, direct, and organize the successful implementation of local defense and military tasks, build a national defense associated with the people's security posture, and build an increasingly strong provincial armed force in all aspects, ready to meet all requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Speaking at the conference, Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan expressed his thanks for the attention of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, and hoped that in the coming time, comrades in the Standing Committee and cadres at all levels would create favorable conditions to help him successfully complete the assigned tasks.
The new Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff also promised that in his new position, he would constantly improve his political qualities, moral qualities, and lifestyle, and continue to promote the achievements of his predecessors to lead and direct the General Staff Department to become a united and unified collective and always complete all assigned tasks well; at the same time, he is determined to join the collective of the Provincial Military Party Committee to lead and direct the Provincial Armed Forces to successfully carry out all tasks so as not to disappoint the trust of the local Party Committee, government, and people of the province.
Also on this occasion, the Provincial Military Command presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command on being transferred and appointed to the position of Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
