BHG - On the morning of June 6, 9,736 candidates at 39 examination councils in the province completed the History and Geography exams. This is also the last exam in the 10th grade entrance exam for non-specialized high schools, school year 2025-2026.

Accordingly, the whole province had 368 absent candidates, no candidates were suspended. Candidates took the History and Geography exam in 90 minutes in essay form. Taking a quick note, many candidates shared that the exam closely followed the sample exam structure; ensuring strict components: Cognitive ability, scientific thinking; application of knowledge and skills learned.

Leaving the exam room in a relaxed and excited mood, candidate Do Tieu Binh, taking the exam at Le Hong Phong High School ( Ha Giang city) shared: "The History and Geography exam consists of 4 questions: Achievements of the scientific and technological revolution; victory of the resistance war against the US; connection; drawing a population bar chart from 2018 - 2023. I found the exam to be within my ability, in the program I had studied and was carefully reviewed by my teachers, so I did relatively well. I feel quite confident with my 3 exams and hope to be admitted to my first choice at Le Hong Phong High School".

According to the general comments of candidates and teachers, although this is the first year of organizing the exam according to the 2018 GeneralEducation Program, the exam questions are not too difficult, in line with the requirements of innovation in assessing students' abilities. At the exam councils, exam room discipline, security and safety work are implemented effectively, in accordance with regulations and on schedule. The whole province has not recorded any cases of exam officials violating regulations, and no unusual incidents occurred during the exam organization process.

Thus, after 1.5 days with 3 exams of Literature, Math, History and Geography, candidates applying for grade 10 high school entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year, non-specialized program, have completed the exam content. On the afternoon of June 6 and the morning of June 7, candidates registering for the Provincial Specialized High School continued to take the exam for specialized subjects.
