Pig price today November 20: Many provinces and cities increased from 1,000 - 2,000 VND/kg. Currently, traders buy pigs for about 46,000 - 51,000 VND/kg.

Pig price today in the North: Increased in many places

This morning, November 20, the price of live pigs in the North increased slightly in some localities, increasing from 1,000 VND/kg to 2,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, pork prices in Son La increased by 2,000 VND/kg, currently at 50,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, the price of live pigs increased by VND1,000/kg in the provinces of Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Hanoi , Phu Tho, and Hung Yen, currently remaining at VND51,000/kg.

With the same increase of 1,000 VND/kg, Lao Cai, Lang Son, Cao Bang and Son La provinces are currently purchasing live pigs at 50,000 VND/kg; Lai Chau and Dien Bien are at a lower level of 49,000 VND/kg, each place increased by 1,000 VND/kg today.

Meanwhile, the remaining localities kept the same price as the previous session.

Pig price in Central Highlands: Increased by 2,000 VND/kg

This morning, the pig market in the Central Highlands recorded an upward price trend in many localities.

Of which, the price of pigs in Ha Tinh increased by 2,000 VND/kg, to 48,000 VND/kg. With an increase of 1,000 VND/kg, the price of live pigs in Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa was adjusted to 49,000 VND/kg.

The remaining provinces in the region mostly kept prices stable. Thus, the price in the Central Highlands today fluctuated from 46,000 VND/kg to 49,000 VND/kg.

Pig price today in the South increased in many places

Pig prices in the South this morning also recorded an upward trend.

Specifically, the price of live pigs in Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City increased slightly by 1,000 VND/kg, bringing the purchase price to 50,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, Vinh Long continues to be the locality with the lowest price at 48,000 VND/kg, while Ca Mau maintains the highest position, at 50,000 VND/kg.

Dong Thap, An Giang and Can Tho provinces remain at 49,000 VND/kg. Currently, the price of live pigs in the South is fluctuating between 48,000 - 50,000 VND/kg.
