Pig price today, November 18: Recorded a slight decrease in the Central region, while the North and South remained quite stable.

Pig price today in the North: Slight increase in Hanoi

The price of live pigs in the North this morning (November 18) generally remained stable. Hanoi was the only locality to record a change, increasing by VND1,000/kg to the highest level in the region of VND50,000/kg.

The provinces of Bac Ninh , Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho and Hung Yen continue to purchase at 49,000 VND/kg. The provinces of Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Dien Bien and Son La maintain the price of 48,000 VND/kg. Lai Chau is still the locality with the lowest price in the North at 47,000 VND/kg.

Thus, the price of live pigs in the North today fluctuates from 47,000 VND/kg to 50,000 VND/kg.

Pig price today in the Central Highlands: Decreased in many places

Pig prices in the Central Highlands continued to decrease in many localities today.

Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang and Quang Ngai provinces all reduced by VND1,000/kg, bringing the price to VND46,000/kg. Gia Lai had the biggest decrease in the region, losing VND2,000/kg to VND46,000/kg.

Meanwhile, the market in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Dak Lak remained at 47,000 VND/kg; Ha Tinh maintained 46,000 VND/kg; Khanh Hoa maintained 48,000 VND/kg and Lam Dong continued to be the locality with the highest price in the region at 49,000 VND/kg.

Thus, the price in the Central Highlands today fluctuates from 46,000 VND/kg to 49,000 VND/kg.

Pig price today in the South: Slight decrease in Dong Nai

In the South, prices were relatively stable, with only an adjustment recorded in Dong Nai when it decreased by VND 1,000/kg to VND 49,000/kg.

Pig prices in Tay Ninh, An Giang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho continued to maintain at 49,000 VND/kg. Dong Thap traded at 48,000 VND/kg, while Vinh Long was the locality with the lowest price in the region at 47,000 VND/kg.

Ca Mau is currently leading the South with 50,000 VND/kg.

Thus, the price of live pigs in the South currently fluctuates from 47,000 VND/kg to 50,000 VND/kg.
