According to the morning session of April 18, the price of Meat Deli chilled pork from winmart.vn continued to be quiet. Currently, the price of pork at WinMart fluctuates between 119,922 - 163,122 VND/kg and is discounted by 20% according to the preferential program for WinMart members.
Of which, ground pork 1 is being sold at 119,922 VND/kg, the lowest price among pork products at WinMart. Next are lean pork thigh, lean pork shoulder and boneless ham, respectively at 122,320 VND/kg, 126,320 VND/kg and 127,922 VND/kg.
Pork prices at Ha Hien Fresh Food Company also remained stable this morning. Currently, pork products are sold at prices ranging from 85,000 - 181,000 VND/kg.
Accordingly, the price of pork fat is currently 85,000 VND/kg, the lowest among the surveyed products. Next is pork ribs, which are listed at 128,000 VND/kg. Slightly higher, two products, lean shoulder meat and lean pork leg, are being sold at the same price of 130,000 VND/kg.
Northern live pig prices still increase slightly
The live hog market was unexpectedly quiet, with prices remaining unchanged across all three regions this morning. Currently, live hogs nationwide are trading at around 68,000 - 75,000 VND/kg.
On the morning of April 18, the price of live pigs in the Northern provinces remained unchanged, remaining in the range of 67,000 - 70,000 VND/kg.
Specifically, Thai Binh and Hung Yen are the provinces with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 70,000 VND/kg. On the other hand, Ninh Binh is the only locality that buys live pigs at 67,000 VND/kg, the lowest in the region.
After the adjustment on the morning of April 16, the live pig market in the Central Highlands continued to stagnate this morning (April 18). Currently, the price of live pigs in the provinces and cities in the region has a large difference, with the selling price ranging from 68,000 - 73,000 VND/kg.
Of which, the highest regional price of 73,000 VND/kg appeared in Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces. Following that were Binh Dinh, Quang Binh and Ho Chi Minh City provinces with live pig price reaching 70,000 VND/kg.
Similar to the two markets above, live pigs in the Southern region remained stable in price this morning. Accordingly, live pigs in the provinces and cities in the region are being bought and sold at prices ranging from 73,000 - 75,000 VND/kg.
The latest survey shows that Ben Tre and Dong Nai are the localities with the highest live pig prices in the country, reaching 75,000 VND/kg.
