The Hyundai Accent was first launched in 1994, and since then, Hyundai's compact sedan has grown and become increasingly popular in the market. The 5th generation Accent, produced and distributed in Vietnam since April 2018, has made a significant impact, becoming the best-selling model in Hyundai's product range. After 6 years, a total of over 115,000 Accent vehicles have been sold to customers.

Building on those successes and delivering a groundbreaking product that meets customer and market demands, Hyundai Thanh Cong has officially introduced the all-new Accent, manufactured and assembled in Vietnam, shortly after its global launch.

Representatives from Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam introduced the all-new Hyundai Accent to customers.

Compared to its predecessor, the All New Accent is 95mm longer, 36mm wider, and 15mm taller. Specifically, the car has dimensions of Length x Width x Height of 4,535 x 1,765 x 1,485 (mm). The wheelbase is 2,670mm, an increase of 70mm. The ground clearance is 165mm. These figures give the All New Accent one of the most spacious interiors in its segment.

The front of the car is impressive with a strip of LED daytime running lights that extends across the entire width of the vehicle. The full LED headlights are positioned low and seamlessly integrated with the grille. The sides of the car feature embossed lines that create a sportier , more muscular look. The top-of-the-line version uses 16-inch wheels with 205/55 R16 tires.

The Accent's interior shares a similar style with its sibling, the Elantra, featuring a unibody design focused on the driver, with an intuitive and easy-to-use control panel, combined with spaciousness and high-quality materials and advanced technology.

The center console is horizontally arranged, logical, and user-friendly, providing a spacious feel with an 8-inch touchscreen integrated with a rearview camera. This screen supports proprietary maps developed specifically for the Vietnamese market, integrates wireless Android Auto/Apple Carplay, and features six high-quality speakers.

The all-new Accent introduced in Vietnam is equipped with a new Smartstream G 1.5L gasoline engine, with two transmission options (iVT (intelligent continuously variable transmission) developed by Hyundai and a 6-speed manual transmission).

The All New Accent is fully equipped with standard safety technologies : anti-lock braking system (ABS), emergency brake assist (BA), electronic brake force distribution (EBD), electronic stability control (ESC), hill-start assist control (HAC), traction control system (TCS), vehicle stability management (VSM), and a 6-airbag safety system.
