Gasoline prices drop to nearly 20,000 VND/liter

HNN.VN - At 3:00 p.m. on September 25, the domestic gasoline price will be adjusted according to the cycle of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade. In this adjustment session, gasoline prices will be adjusted down after increasing last week; in which, the price of RON 95 gasoline will be at 20,165 VND/liter.

Gasoline prices fall after rising last week

Specifically, compared to the previous adjustment period, the price of RON 95 gasoline level 3 (the popular type on the market) today was adjusted down by 443 VND/liter, the selling price is not higher than 20,165 VND/liter. Similarly, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by 368 VND/liter, the selling price is not higher than 19,618 VND/liter. Meanwhile, the price of kerosene increased by 87 VND/liter compared to the current base price, the selling price is 18,628 VND/liter, not higher than 15,209 VND/kg. Price of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil: increased by 79 VND/kg compared to the current base price, the selling price is not higher than 15,209 VND/kg.

Similar to previous operating periods, in today's operating period, the joint Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance continues not to draw from or spend from the price stabilization fund for petroleum products.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world oil market in the past 7 days has been affected by many factors, such as: OPEC+ increased oil exports; increased political tensions in the Middle East... With these factors, world oil prices in recent days have tended to increase and decrease, depending on the product compared to the previous period. Each barrel of RON 95 gasoline decreased by 2.7% to 80.5 USD on average; diesel decreased by 0.2%, and mazut increased by 0.8%...
