Handing over land plot No. 1, Ly Thai To Street to build a park

The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee directed the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City to hand over the land plot No. 1, Ly Thai To Street, Vuon Lai Ward to the Sun Group Joint Stock Company to build a green park.

The Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a document conveying the direction of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the plan to renovate land plot No. 1, Ly Thai To Street, Vuon Lai Ward.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently hand over the land plot No. 1 Ly Thai To Street, Vuon Lai Ward to the sponsor, the Sun Group Joint Stock Company, so that the company can build a green park, a playground for the community, and a memorial for Covid-19 victims, to be completed and put into use before the Lunar New Year 2026. The latest handover date is November 31.

The Department of Planning and Architecture is assigned to organize the inventory, evaluation and classification of villas on the land, to be carried out before November 10; at the same time, guide the People's Committee of Vuon Lai Ward to organize the establishment of local adjustments to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan on the land.

The People's Committee of Vuon Lai Ward was assigned to organize the establishment, appraisal, and approval of local adjustments to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan at the land location, to be completed before November 30.

The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to organize online feedback on the design and construction ideas for the park proposed by the sponsor (Sun Group Joint Stock Company).

The Director of the Department of Construction is directly responsible for directing the construction of the park until its completion and putting it into use; at the same time, urgently establish an investment project to expand Tran Binh Trong Street using the city's budget.
