RON95 gasoline price approaches 25,000 VND/liter

DNO - On the afternoon of March 28, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade adjusted the retail prices of petroleum products. Accordingly, after the adjustment, RON95 gasoline is priced at VND24,816/liter.

RON95 gasoline price approached 25,000 VND/liter on the afternoon of March 28.

Specifically, the price of RON92 gasoline increased by VND406/liter, to VND23,625/liter; the price of RON95 gasoline increased by VND532/liter, to VND24,816/liter.

On the other hand, oil products tend to decrease in this adjustment period. Diesel 0.05S decreased by 321 VND/liter, down to 20,693 VND; kerosene decreased by 387 VND/liter, down to 20,879 VND/liter. Fuel oil alone increased by 46 VND/kg, up to 17,145 VND/kg.

Thus, from the beginning of 2024 until now, gasoline and oil prices have increased 8 times and decreased 6 times.

In this operating period, the joint ministries set aside the Price Stabilization Fund (BOG) for gasoline and oil at 300 VND/kg for mazut, and did not set aside the BOG Fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil and kerosene.

At the same time, the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund will not be used for RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and fuel oil.
