National Children's Football Tournament, Dak Lak qualifying round: Home team won 3 full points in the opening match

On the morning of June 4, at the Provincial Sports Gymnasium, the Organizing Committee of the National Children's Football Tournament held the Opening Ceremony of the National Children's Football Tournament, Nestlé MILO Cup 2025, Dak Lak qualifying round.

Attending the opening ceremony were Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Young Pioneers and Children Newspaper, journalist Phan Viet Hung; Director of the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tran Hong Tien; and leaders of the football teams.

National Children's Football Tournament, Dak Lak group qualifying round has the following teams: Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa, Dak Nong, Bac Ninh, Luxury Ha Long, LPB Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Phu Yen, Viet Hung Thanh Hoa, SHB Da Nang, Duy Tan Quang Ngai, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, T&T VSH, Quang Nam, Hue and host Dak Lak competing.

The teams are divided into 4 groups, the top team in each group and the second team with the best results will qualify for the national finals.

The tournament organizers presented souvenir flags to the teams competing in the tournament.

In this tournament, the host Dak Lak is in the same group F with the teams: Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa and Dak Nong. The goal that coach Truong Minh Tien and his team set is to win tickets to the Final Round.

It is known that the National Children's Football Tournament - Nestlé MILO Cup 2025 has 55 teams from 43 provinces and cities competing in 3 regions: Dak Lak group, Hai Phong group and Ba Ria - Vung Tau group.

The 16 excellent teams that pass the qualifying round will participate in the Final Round held in Quang Nam in late July and early August 2025.

The National Children's Football Tournament - Nestlé MILO Cup 2025 is jointly organized by the Young Pioneer Newspaper and Children's Association. After the opening ceremony, the home team Dak Lak had an impressive debut when they came from behind to win 3-1 against Gia Lai.

The tournament will run until June 8.
