In particular, she has had many initiatives that have been effectively applied by the People's Committee of Huong An town such as "Improving the quality of service to people in handling administrative procedures associated with implementing a friendly one-stop model close to the people"; "Improving the effectiveness of receiving people, classifying and handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections of citizens"; "Building and enhancing the role of office culture for civil servants in state administrative agencies"...

Thereby, contributing to helping the People's Committee of Huong An town always complete 100% of the administrative reform tasks; minimize the late files of citizen organizations, creating the image of "office smiles" in the hearts of the people.

In the field of digital transformation, Ms. Nga researched and proposed the experience initiative "Current situation and solutions for implementing digital transformation, implementing a set of indicators to evaluate digital transformation at commune and town levels"; "Digital transformation residential area model in Huong An residential group".

With Ms. Nga's creativity and responsibility, along with the active response of local officials and people, the digital transformation of Huong An town has achieved important results. Thereby improving the capacity, effectiveness and efficiency of management, direction and operation of local authorities; bringing digital utilities closer to people and businesses.
