Understanding these difficulties of patients, from June 2025, FV officially launched a program to pay in installments when using hospital services, helping patients and their families reduce financial worries, focus on treatment and health care. With the policy of pre-treatment and monthly payment of hospital fees, patients have the opportunity to promptly access advanced treatment methods and world-class health care systems at FV.

FV Hospital officially launches hospital fee installment payment program from June 1, 2025

Accordingly, the installment payment program is applied by VNPay, a partner of FV, with payment via credit cards issued by more than 30 banks in Vietnam. For any transaction of 3 million VND or more, the cardholder will be supported to convert to installment payment with a maximum term of 12 months. In particular, if the cardholder chooses a 3-month payment term, FV Hospital will waive 100% of the installment conversion fee.

The installment payment program helps ease financial worries for patients.

"For diseases that require high and long-term treatment costs such as cancer, hospital fees are a huge difficulty and burden for patients and their families. Therefore, dividing the amount into smaller installments will be easier and more convenient," analyzed Dr. Jean-Marcel Guillon - General Director of FV Hospital.
