Mathematics Exchange at Khanh Hoa University

On the afternoon of June 5, Khanh Hoa University coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize an academic exchange program on Mathematics, with the participation of prestigious domestic and international professors and mathematicians; lecturers and students of Mathematics Education; Mathematics teachers and students specializing in Mathematics from Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (Nha Trang City).

At the program, Professor Caucher Birkar - University of Cambridge (UK), won the Fields Medal in 2018 - the world's most prestigious award in the field of Mathematics; Professor Hélène Esnault - Free University of Berlin (Federal Republic of Germany); Professor Phung Ho Hai - former Director of the Vietnam Institute of Mathematics shared topics including: Journey to conquer the Fields Prize and open problems; Mathematics and modern applications; Mathematics - from the classroom to research. In addition, scientists, lecturers, teachers, students and pupils exchanged and discussed the direction of research, Mathematicseducation , exchanged, answered questions and shared experiences in overcoming challenges in research.
