Implementing the direction of the Giao Thuy District Labor Federation, every year, the Executive Board of the Giao Thuy Professional Sports Fashion Joint Stock Company Trade Union consults with experts and business representatives to develop a plan to implement propaganda activities and legal dissemination for workers in the enterprise. To ensure that 100% of workers have access to communication activities and legal dissemination, the Company's Trade Union integrates legal propaganda contents into mid-term and final conferences, employee conferences, and periodic dialogues at the enterprise. Propaganda contents directly related to workers such as labor law, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), trade unions, traffic safety, occupational safety and hygiene... focusing on legal contents related to labor contracts, working hours, rest; regimes for heavy and hazardous labor, female workers during pregnancy and childbirth; The role of trade unions in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees, helping employees understand and protect their legitimate and legal rights and interests, and comply with the rules and regulations of the unit and enterprise. In addition to promoting propaganda work, the Company's Trade Union regularly coordinates to organize training courses, disseminate knowledge and skills on fire prevention and fighting; skills to handle and escape when fires, explosions, electric shocks, first aid for victims... The Trade Union sends union members and employees to participate in propaganda conferences, PBGDPL organized by the higher-level Trade Union and local authorities. In 2024, 100% of union members and employees in the Company will be propagandized and disseminated legal contents on social insurance, health insurance, labor, and trade unions. 100% of newly recruited employees will participate in training on fire prevention and fighting, regulations in signing labor contracts, and occupational safety and hygiene. The highlight of the propaganda and legal dissemination work for employees is that the Company's Trade Union coordinates to organize specialized conferences suitable for the needs of gender and age of employees. With the proportion of women accounting for more than 70% of the total of more than 2,300 employees, the Trade Union actively propagates legal contents on gender equality, prevention and control of domestic violence, population work - family planning, reproductive health care for thousands of female employees; trains methods of reproductive health care for female employees of childbearing age and raising young children; disseminates skills in time management, financial management, spending management, effective decision-making and problem-solving skills... The Company's Trade Union also integrates the content of legal propaganda with launching emulation movements such as the movement to save, fight waste with the emulation to improve productivity and product quality; Emulate strict implementation of regulations on environment, labor safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting with the movement to build a green - clean - beautiful - safe unit, towards sustainable development; emulate implementation of internal rules and regulations of the enterprise with the movement to build industrial style and awareness of law compliance of employees... Thanks to promoting propaganda and legal education, over the past years, the Company has not had any complicated incidents, the average income of employees has reached more than 7 million VND/person/month, 100% of employees have received Tet gifts, have regular health check-ups; have been visited when sick or have serious illnesses; 100% of female employees have received gifts on the occasion of International Women's Day (March 8), Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20)... The Company's Trade Union has received Certificates of Merit for many consecutive years from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Confederation of Labor, and Giao Thuy District.

In order to make the legal dissemination work more and more effective, in recent times, the trade unions at all levels of Giao Thuy district have actively innovated both the content and form of propaganda to ensure that it is suitable for the reality of units, enterprises and the needs of union members and workers. Typically, Kam Fung Vietnam International Co., Ltd. organized propaganda and legal advice on social insurance, labor and regimes and policies related to the legitimate rights and interests of over 100 employees... To encourage union members and workers to proactively learn the law, in many enterprises, in addition to organizing direct propaganda, after-hours propaganda, distributing leaflets, brochures, and booklets to workers during working hours, after-work hours..., they also built legal bookcases with hundreds of books, newspapers, and specialized magazines and regularly added new legal documents directly related to the rights and interests of workers. In addition, the District Labor Federation actively organizes legal consultation and dissemination activities in conjunction with organizing competitions and creating short clips to help workers easily access policies and laws; many grassroots unions consult with business owners to coordinate with the District Labor Federation to invite experts to advise and answer questions for workers on issues related to rights and interests in labor relations. In 2024, all levels of the district's labor unions directly provided advice on labor law, trade unions, and social insurance to thousands of union members and workers; indirectly provided advice to more than 300 union members and workers; coordinated to build the "Legal Advice" column in the "Labor and Trade Union" magazine and the website of the Provincial Labor Federation.

The grassroots trade unions have focused on disseminating and educating workers through conferences on legal issues related to labor contracts, working hours, rest; policies for female workers during pregnancy and childbirth; conditions for workers working in toxic environments; the role of trade union organizations in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers... Regularly coordinating with higher-level trade unions, departments, branches... to promote the dissemination andeducation of legal policies for workers on ensuring traffic safety and order; properly implementing social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; practicing skills on occupational safety and hygiene, labor protection, methods of preventing and combating occupational diseases; implementing administrative reforms; preventing and combating the harmful effects of tobacco; actively participating in building a cultural life for workers and building enterprises that meet cultural standards.

Promoting the achieved results, Giao Thuy Trade Union at all levels continues to promote propaganda and legal dissemination with diverse and rich contents and forms to suit the needs of workers. Regularly organize training courses, build a team of trade union officials doing propaganda work, knowledgeable about the law, with professional skills to promptly bring the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to workers. At the same time, create conditions for workers to proactively learn the law; promote the role and responsibility to participate in building and perfecting the legal system at the grassroots level.
