The plan aims to concretize Decision 444/QD-BVHTTDL dated February 28 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the Tourism Development Stimulus Program in 2025; Plan No. 760/KH-BVHTTDL dated February 26 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the implementation of Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 15 of the Government. Thereby contributing to the recovery and development of the tourism industry after a period affected by the pandemic, economic fluctuations and changes in tourists' consumption behavior; contributing to promoting the socio-economic growth of Binh Duong. In addition, stimulating domestic and international tourism demand, increasing the number of arrivals and extending the length of stay, raising the spending level of visitors at tourist destinations in Binh Duong.

Strengthening the promotion of Binh Duong tourism image as a safe, friendly and attractive destination; gradually building a local tourism brand, associated with cultural identity and typical tourism products. Encouraging businesses and tourism service establishments to develop new products, improve service quality, diversify promotion and incentive forms to attract tourists. Promoting the connection and cooperation between localities, businesses and communities in sustainable tourism development, ensuring the effectiveness, synchronization and wide dissemination of stimulus programs throughout the province.
Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Duong will inform and disseminate the 2025 Tourism Development Stimulus Program; mobilize tourist areas, destinations, and tourist accommodation establishments to proactively develop plans to respond to the Program. Encourage units and businesses to have policies on discounts, incentives, and appropriate gifts for tourists; travel businesses to develop diverse and suitable stimulus tour programs, especially introducing good quality tourist attractions and new tourist attractions to contribute to diversifying programs for customers to choose from to attract visitors to Binh Duong. Inform tourism businesses about Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 15, 2025 of the Government on visa exemption under the 2025 Tourism Development Stimulus Program for citizens of the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Swiss Confederation.
Binh Duong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also organized a delegation to survey tourist destinations, combined with conferences and seminars to contribute ideas to improve products and services, and connect tourism with other provinces. Advised Binh Duong province to organize a regional culinary festival, a traditional boat race on the Saigon River, marathon races... to meet the needs of tourists. Implemented the development, promotion and sale of joint product packages, especially those related to cultural tourism, traditional craft villages, golf, historical sites, scenic spots, ecology, agriculture, MICE... in line with the trend of developing green, sustainable tourism and attracting investment.
Coordinate to build tours connecting destinations between Binh Duong and other provinces on the topics of eco-tourism, craft villages, cuisine, historical culture, weekend tourism. Coordinate to promote ceramic products, lacquerware, rattan and bamboo, OCOP products with unique local identity as gifts and souvenirs for tourists; promote tourism products to visit fruit gardens, summer tourism programs... to stimulate tourist demand.
Strengthening the connection between units and businesses, promoting and diversifying services; linking businesses in the product and service supply chain to create attractive stimulus packages for tourists; attracting community participation in tourism activities. Strengthening the application of digital technology, Binh Duong tourism app, QR codes at destinations to help tourists easily access information; diversifying activities to promote Binh Duong tourism image on social networking platforms, Binh Duong tourism website and e-commerce platforms. Organizing and participating in fairs and tourism promotion events inside and outside the province; strengthening links with localities in the Southeast region and Ho Chi Minh City to form inter-regional tourism routes, helping to extend the length of stay of tourists. Integrating product development with QR code applications, digital maps, introducing products via social networking platforms to improve customer accessibility; Encouraging businesses to use management software, online sales, QR codes, etc.
